Although ‘Made By Merrilees’ was founded in 2020, my vision is 25 years in the making.
With experience in event catering, food development, media, and food innovation, I’ve had an impactful journey in food.
When a motorbike accident nearly cost me my life, I set out on a mission to understand how food can positively impact the body. Years of research, testing, and experimenting with flavours and food led to the creation of ‘Made By Merrilees’.
A bespoke catering service that curates unique, eclectic food for high-end private and corporate events.
Led by my simple, no-nonsense approach, an expert palette, and an eye for the right seasonable ingredients, I deliver delicious food that ignites the taste buds and fuels and heals the body. I never compromise on produce for cost, which goes against my ethics of how animals are reared and cared for.
